Lampwork

well true to my word, got into the garage and made a few beads ! not brilliant but its been about a year since I last made one if truth be known, so not too ashamed of them, photos are rubbish but light was not good and glass beads are beggers to photo in low light

this one is a hand shaped heart using three different glass colours , they are reactive to each other so you get interesting effects

its actually only 1cm across and 1.5cm 'long'

this one is using a special glass that is not simple to use, its called Terra, it is a reducing / striking glass made by a company called Double Helix it is termed silver glass as it has metal infused in it, silver - its fun to play with and try to get colours out of - this is not a good example as no real reds in there but I like the 'Moorcroft' feel to it

Have to say not too unhappy given getting any colour out of this glass can be a challenge on a dual fuel torch and I only have a Hot Head single fuel torch
